Amazing product. When my mule spooks or bucks, I have a lot of extra "grip" factor when using this product. I wish they made an English saddle one!

Too big on my western saddles, but helps a lot if my saddles have no cushion.

Everytime Ive tried to use this it slides off before i can sit. Im a full figured gal & this did not work for me. I have a 17inch saddle and this is too big for it

Love the "stick to your saddle" feel but it is very big. Took off he binding and cut pad down to the next inside seam. Fortunately had friend who works with fabric and he restiched the binding on it. Fits great now. Using it now for about 3 yrs and wouldn't ride without it.

too big, wont stay in place, once on the horse great stick for a spook or whatever. elastic doesn't hold it in place and stretchs out quickly. Comfy to sit on, best feature is the "stick" for spooks, to me.

I love this seat pad. It's extremely comfortable and the design prevents heat build up.
Highly recommend this!

very comfy and does what it says, but it wayway too big. sits about 2 inches above the back of my saddle and the strap was way to loose around the horn. I ended up cutting off the horn strap and cutting a hole in the front of it to slide over my horn to make it fit a little better. Unless you have a realy big saddle dont buy.

Slides around a lot, and it is way too long for my saddle so the fit is off. I doubled up and slid it under the pommel and back up over the horn, but it's still kind of a weird fit. My saddles are 18 and 19 and it was still too big...

This is a good product for the cost. I bought one a couple of years ago and am going to order a couple more. It is a bit on the large size, but what I did was use plastic zips ties on the elastic for cantle and attached to the dee rings just under my cantle. I also take the horn elastic and double twist it around the horn. It stays in place great and does not move around at all. I bought one of the Cashel Tush Cushes, long, before this and returned it as I did not like it at all and it was much more expensive - not worth it. The New Breed Secure Ride is a much better product.

I ordered the purple and it was more like a pink... It is also a little big. The gripping is good and it does what it says it will. Still a bit disappointed, though.

I have been using this pad on both of my saddles for the past year or so. I cut a slot in the pad for my horn as the pad was way to big otherwise .... however with the X cut in the pad it works great, durable and comfortable. I'm here again because my wife finally tried it on her saddle and really liked the security, she calls it a "Cheat Seat". I only gave 4/5 because I had to cut a cross (to go over the saddle horn) in it to get it to fit properly.

I bought this and not only was it too big for my saddle, it would not stay put and offered no relief for my injured sitting bones. I ended up donating it.

I bought 2 of these. The black one for my husbands saddle (17" seat) fit great and he really liked it. I bought a "purple" one for mine and when it came it said purple but is HOT PINK. It does NOT fit a 14.5 saddle at all. Stuck up over the cantle a good 4" and there is no way to make it fit smaller. Very unhappy about that, but rode with it anyhow and it does give a secure ride, but not real comfortable, or at least really didn't notice any difference from not using it. I would suggest it for a 16" seat and over only.

I use it when I am barrel racing. At my county fair a took a spill because my saddle seat was so wore down. My mom got me this right be for the Iowa state fair. I used it there and it really helped. I did not slid around at all. The people i went with were saying how there but hurt from being in the saddle all day but mine did not. This is a really great seat and I think it will help anyone not just barrel racers.

I bought one of these hoping to add some cushioning to my saddle, but it was too long for the saddle slid around too much, no way of securing it to keep from sliding. It seems like it would be a great product for a saddle that it fits!

I train horses at a ranch in MS and the woman that owns this ranch had never been comfortable in the saddle until she bought this pad. She had tried many before this one and none of them help her stay in the saddle. This woman can now lope her horse and be comfortable doing so. Everyone at the ranch now rides with one! They are AWESOME!
