We live right in the middle of cattle country. Lots of flies. I use stinky traps to catch them but now hang sheets of sticky traps next to them for even better results (e.g. around a big fence post, on the side of the barn). Amazing how many flies I trap within an hour. This sticky trap is stronger and better than the yellow stuff. Flies can't get off and are attracted to it. Yes, it does stick to your hands it washes off easily with soap and is certainly worth the hassle.

Well, I have tried two of these so far. Yes, it does leave sticky residue on your fingers. It is difficult to unroll. One roll I hung and dispensed only about two feet. When I went back to the barn, the entire roll had unwound and some was in the dirt. What a waste. Not all is it cracked up to be

I bought two of these. The first one I opened had about 2-3 feet of sheet that didn't have any sticky stuff on it. Another couple of feet was only slightly sticky - flies would land on it but not stick.
I hung about a three foot stretch of the sheet that had sticky stuff on it in my feed room. Next to it I hung one of those spiral ribbon fly tapes. The ribbon tape filled up quickly and has been replaced more than once, but this product has hung there for a month and has about a dozen flies on it.
The second roll has done better. It's thoroughly sticky. With proper placement - exactly where the flies normally land, it is catching flies. However, hanging it as the directions say doesn't work here, because it's too windy and the paper flips over and sticks to the wall. I took sections of the paper and taped them to the wall. This works, but it sure is messy to handle.

I am very disappointed in this product. I have had it hanging in the same place that my ribbon fly traps hang and they are full while the other only has gnats on it. It will probably hang there all season and not have one fly. No, I don't care for it and will never buy this product again. There are too many wonderful products out there to waste your money like I did.

We wrap the propane tank on our Mosquito Magnet with this stuff and it gets covered in flys, gnats, and skeeters in only a few days. We also wrap the canvas base around our Horse Pal fly trap and THAT gets covered with flys too! Awesome.

I was disappointed at first that this product wasnt 2 sided, however then I would not be able to hang it where I do. I place this on the stall guard from the latch to the floor and roll down a new section every other day. My horses dont stomp all day like they use to do.
