This is the first year of using simplifly and its pretty darn great. Have struggled with the fly problem for many yrs, with many different products. I have not been impressed with any of them. Started with simplifly early in the season as I knew the flys were going to be worse than ever due to the weather. I have very few flys this yr and my horses are not being bitten and harrassed as they have in the past.

Purchased 50 lbs and what a waste of money. Cheaper is not better based on number of flies we have this year. It's worth spending more on a products that works. We be purchasing other brands next time.

This products does work in reducing insect population. Siplifly and Equitrol II are the same thing with the same dosing size so go with wichever is cheaper at the time.

I started using this product and noticed both of my horse's manure go from healthy to sloppy. I called my vet and he said there have been some studies indicating kidney failure w/feed-thru. 2 days after stopping the feed-thru their manure is healthy again. Just a word of caution...

Been using this for several years and wouldn't be w/o it. It definitely reduces the number of flies. Up here in the frozen north, we begin feeding it in April. We can usually stop in October. If you wait until there is a well-established adult fly population, it will take a few weeks before you notice the difference - so start early!

We have been using Simplifly all summer and have seen a large drop in the amount of flies at the barn. We do still have flies, but compared to last summer, the numbers have decreased significantly. My vet is amazed every time he comes over at how few flies we do have, and that makes it worth the money!!

We have been using the product for over a month and the fly population is way down. We noticed less flies at about 3 weeks and now there are very few. The horses love it and will eat it out of hand. Will not go another summer without it as our summer starts in April and lasts until November!

This is our 3rd year using Simplifly because IT WORKS! We keep 10 head here so a solution to fly problems is a necessity. Simplifly, plus a few traps for visiting adult flies, gets the job done when started early in the season. I do recommend this product.

This is the first year that we have used Simplifly at our retirement boarding facility and I won't go another Summer without it! My vet and ferrier say that there aren't any flys at our facility but other facilities in the same area are inundated with them. You definitely notice a huge difference.

This product does everything it says it will do. Last year all I did was kill biting flies,(127 one afternoon) and this year there are none. Believe me, if you want to get rid of the biting, nasty flies, then get this product and use it like it says one scoop per horse in the morning is what I do. I will never be without this as long as I have horses. Thank you.

Cannot believe the difference this summer; we are virtually fly-free. Now I can do away with the wall spray cans in every stall and I'm saving on fly spray too!! Love it.

This product is great, it cuts down the amount of flys a great deal. There will always be some from other sources around the barn. Worth the price.

Last year my horses and I all suffered from those terrible biting flies. I started this at the end of April and there are no flies around. I didn't think it would work but I was so wrong. I highly recommend this product if you don't want those pesky flies biting your horses making them stomp constantly. Great product! It's true also that one scoop in their grain per day does the trick.

I am using this for the first time, it has truly cut the fly population. It is comfortable out at the barn now. There are no mature flies around when I clean stalls. It really works. My horses eat it right out of my hand, it is very pallatable.

I use this feed through fly control for all my horses beginning in the spring until winter and it really decreases the fly population in the barn areas. Its really easy to use and I keep a supply on hand in both barns. I definitely reccomend it!

I have 3 horses and happy neighbors. If you're in a barn full of horses and they aren't all on this it won't help for you to use it. If you have your horses on your property without a bunch of livestock close by it's perfect. Be sure to read the info. It won't hurt dogs that eat horse manure - very important at my house.

This stuff really works!! It is a pelleted formula that I add to my horses feed once a day. It has dramatically reduced the fly population of common flies. The taste must be good too because one of my horses seems to prefer it to her grain! Flies can still form though from other sources than horse poop... so there will still be a handful of flies but much better than hundreds. Actually if you know of something nasty that the flies are breeding on.... if you sprinkle the pellets on it, this product will kill the flies in there too!
