This is my 13 year old daughter's jumping saddle for her TB. He's hard to fit, with a sausagey kind of body with a high wither, but we have found this saddle to adjust just right. She says her position is great, and loves the close contact feel. It also looks the best for shows, since we can't afford a nicer leather saddle. This one will last her for years. We like the different bright color, too, which looks good with an evergreen pad for cross country.

I bought this saddle in 2005 and it still looks and feels brand new. Of course back in '05 I got it for about $300, but it looks like Wintec found out how great of a saddle they made! It looks just like leather and is incredibly comfortable for horse and rider. My regular tree has fit every horse that I've been on. The only bad thing is that the button near the pommel fell out and I don't know when or how. The billets are beginning to crack at the holes because of the material and I use those holes all the time because I usually only ride my horse. It's still in near perfect condition though for being around 8 years old!

I use it for jumping, and so comfy and puts me into a good position! It doesn't even look synthetic only problem is its hard to find stuff that is matching. I love this saddle!

I got this saddle when my TV gelding was 3 and he's 7, so we've been with this saddle for 4 years and with the gullet system it's grown with him. I love this saddle and how comfortable it is. My friends who ride in it love it as well. I use this on multiple horse with no issues. When we go to the beach or it's raining all my friends in leather saddles are worried about damaging them. NOT ME! It's even been rolled in and fallen on a couple times and shows absolutely no signs of damage. Looks as great as the day I got it. I'm planning to get the wintec 500 close contact to have around as an extra !

I bought this for my Arabian and myself. It was immediate love for both of us. My horse never moved out so well and relaxed so much at the walk, trot, canter. The saddle is very well made, does not look synthetic to me and it's not slippery. My balance in this saddle couldn't be better. The changeable gullet is a huge advantage. You can buy this or spend another $1,000 and get the Bates version. Value is important to me and this saddle provides just what I was looking for at the right price.

We have owned a Wintec close contact saddle for 1 1/2 years. It is comfortable and very easy to care for. We got the CAIR system so that we could change the width for our 5 horses, but find that we are always using the medium wide tree (we have warmbloods). My two daughters and I are always vying for who gets to use the saddle, so we are ordering a second one! It does have shorter billets, so I have to use a 56" girth (for the same horse and another saddle, I can use a 52 or 54" girth).

This is my first synthetic saddle, and I am quite impressed. The billets are a bit plasticy, but it looks nice and rides like a dream. Doesnt look any different then the day I bought it, and Ive had it on 45 horses a day for 2 months.

I have owned my wintec now for 3 years and I wouldnt give it up for anything. I bought mine at a local tack shop and I was looking to spend about 2,ooo dollars. I sat in over 15 different saddles and kept going back to the wintec. The price was super. I love the gullet system and so does our horses. Our one horse always fussed at the canter and as soon as I rode in my wintec, it was a huge change. He was happy and alot smoother. My mom is now hooked and she will be buying one too. I also love the fact that it is what we call an easy keeper. It is a breeze to clean. Wintec is a saddle I highly recommend.
