I bought this pad over three years ago and it has held up! I still use the pad every day. It has been easy to clean, dries fast, fits well because it isn't super bulky, and my horse loves it. Couldn't be happier with this product. Wish the price wasn't so expensive, but for the quality of the product it is well worth the investment.

Love the way this pad fit my horse it conforms to their back more than most however this pad will not keep a saddle in place even with my breast collar I am constantly getting off and pulling my saddle up,I ride walking horses so its not like there is alot of movement to make it slip that much, for the price its not worth all that trouble I would not buy another one.

I got this pad this past spring and it works great on my high withered QH and my sway backed Paint. Just the right amount of padding, its like heavy foam. I love that there is less padding along the spine so it doesn't bunch up. Only problem I have is if you don't get the cut out part directly over the spine it makes the whole saddle off butt stays great when its even.

I got this pad in purple 6 months ago and the color is faded alot and it keeps getting really thin. I have to switch to a different brand because this pad is so thin it makes my horse really sore in the back. It was great at first then it went downhill from there. Also, the price is way to high for the quality of this pad. I would say $75 at the most. I will not buy or recommend this to any friends.

This pad suck's, i pd full price for this pad and all it does is sit on the saddle rack!It slip's out with every saddle i have! No matter how tight you have your cinch! I will never buy any thing she has her signiture on ever!$150.00 down the drain =(

This pad is wonderful! It looks nice on my horse and fits her great. It hasn't ever slipped. If you are looking for a good pad that will be comfortable for your horse and that is also a decent price, this is a good choice!

I had the same problem as the previous reviewer--the pad would completely slip out from underneath the saddle on trail rides. The saddle never slipped, just the pad. This is the second pad of this type that I have purchased. The first one has never slipped but the top texture was "nubbier" than this one, which may be part of the problem. The nice thing is that Professional's Choice gives you a 60 day guarantee. I used it for several weeks trying different positioning techniques, and when nothing helped, I returned it to State Line for a full refund. It's a shame that this pad didn't work because it is a nice thickness, well made, and very easy to clean either by hosing off or tossing in the washing machine. My first Professionals Choice Air Ride pad is several years old and has held up wonderfully.

This pad seems good for ringwork, but it regularly slips out completely from under the saddle out on the trails, and one has to stop to reposition the pad on the horse.

My saddle didn't fit my over-sized pony for awhile in there so it was giving him marks on his withers so I bought this pad and guess what??? THE MARKS ARE GOING AWAY!!!!! BUY IT NOW!!! I got the chocolate one but i wanted the tie dye one to match my boots haha I love the colors!

My reining saddle doesn't leave a mark on my horse with this pad. I don't experience saddle slippage after spins like I did with other pads. I will buy an additional pad if they go on sale.

Amazing Product. Well made. Perfect for any horse. My horse is used for barrel racing, this pad is amazing. Fits great! It looks great with any saddle and any horse. I love everything about this pad! Definately recommend!!!!!

Just bought a second Professionals Choice SMX Air Ride because the first one I got is so great Im getting one for my husbands horse, too. Lots of protection with a contour that prevents rubbing. Stays with the saddle just pop the whole thing on the horse for ease of saddling. Makes tacking up so easy I ride more often!

This pad does exactly what it promises to do; edges don't rub, either. Easy to clean, comfy for the horse, looks neat, fits great. Can be used without other pads or blankets, too.
